You can also leave your returned item (with a note) at Surrey Sports Park reception Click and Collect zone.    

All personalised and bespoke orders from Print My Kit are made to order so cannot be returned unless: 

  • An item is received faulty or damaged 

  • An item is incorrect (wrong size, colour, design) 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for wrong style or wrong size ordering.   

Please use the product size charts found under the ‘Sizing Details’ tab to order accurately.   

As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, e.g. a Medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ to a Medium by Gildan.  

Blank (non-decorated) products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.  The refund will be the cost of the order less a 20% handling fee. 

In the event of your order arriving with production/manufacturing errors, we reserve the right to correct these prior to offering a refund and or fully replacing. 

Any valid return will be processed for a refund within a 10-working day period,  All garments are subject to inspection.  Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to appear in your bank account 

After placing your order, if you decide to cancel the order before receiving it, we may have already incurred some costs (for example, this could be for the base garment or artwork setup) therefore there may be a restocking charge deducted from any refund to cover these incurred costs. 

Please note that we will not refund any postage fees (unless the goods are faulty or you have received a wrong product).  Please make the most of the Click and Collect zones for free returns service. 

We would advise you to use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to us. 

Blank products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item less a 20% handling fee. Please contact Customer Support with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions. All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
